Sattvi Death Doula

‘The day we are born is when the journey towards our death begins.’

Imagine a world where death is not perceived as a very far away distant moment, but as something we get reminded about when we take shape into this body. We're being taught to pursue everlasting life in the hope of escaping death or not dealing with our own mortality, instead let’s remind each other that every day we live, we should live this life as a journey, love at our fullest capacity and be a vessel, a servant of life.

Can you imagine a world like this? Then welcome to my world.

IN PERSON / LIVE IN SUPPORT

Would you prefer having hands on help and guidance accompanying or living with you for some time? As part of my work with the elderly I would often live with them or/and the family for a variable amount of time, being a presence to guide them through a more harmonious process.

DYING WELL

Using my death doula experience, this service is a holistic support in navigating your or your loved ones process around death and dying. Having someone to walk by your side means reducing the overwhelm feeling and increasing the ability to focus on what matters most.

The major fear of dying is a life not fully lived.

Death is our greatest challenge as well as our greatest spiritual opportunity. By cultivating mindfulness, we can prepare ourselves for this final passage, by allowing nature, rather than ego, to guide us.
